The soles of my feet started aching around two years ago and I thought it was just because I have “high” uric acid or developing the symptoms of goat. I’ve had three mandatory medical check ups and it seemed like my uric acid was at normal level. It was only during my latest medical check up I realized the pain was intolerable and I knew I have to take care of it.
Then I found out I was flat footed. And it was normal for overweight people, such as me, to get it in adulthood.

Mind you it’s painful. And if I don’t take care of it as early as now it might develop into lower back pain.
The first thing a colleague at GNB (Goliath National Bank) advised me is to get those in-sole comforters which is designed for flat-footed people. I went to the nearest mall last weekend and browsed to all the sports stores and found none. Then I told myself, if you can’t find it in any store, then it must be in SM department store. To my surprise, they do have it along with the socks and other men’s accessories.
“Silicone or saline?” the saleslady asked me and the thing that came into my head was boob job. In-sole comforters are either made of silicone or saline I later found out. But the prices of those things are enough to buy one decent pair of shoes so I hesitated. I asked the saleslady if they have something cheaper and she pulled out rubber in-sole comforters which are half the price (but still pricey for me). I can’t go on with the pain and so I grabbed the rubber in-soles.
Two weeks of using in-soles, I notice it has significantly decreased the pain I endure whenever I go to the office. I plan to get those better in-soles soon.

there is a reason why "podiatrists" exist. Good for you to take care of your feet before it worsens.
I don't have pain by I wear magnetic soles. They claim it is good for health. I'm not sure but what the heck - let me try it :)
