Daily Mantra

1. Hangga't maari, ako na ang iiwas sa mga bagay na makakapang-inis lang sa akin. Pero pag pinilit, lalaban.

2. Mainis na ang dapat mainis. Magalit na ang dapat magalit. But once given a task I find reasonable, I'll do it the best that I can.

3. Gusto i-try ang mga bagay na hindi ko pa nasusubukan. Sabi nga ng isang friend ko, enjoy life!

*I started this daily mantra months ago and it has changed my life drastically for the better.

good for you. for me, I started ignoring people who have nothing to give but negative energy. It reduced my stress :)
